Discovery Training A training program on the Discovery Process.
General First Aid A training program in First Aid, incorporating CPR/AED, Choking, SAMPLE, PEEPS, RICE, Shock, DOTS, Primary/Secondary Survey, unconsciousness

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Information on Suicide and what we can do if we are concerned about someone.
Introduction to Supported Self-Directed Living(SSDL) A program of introduction to self-direction and the Discovery Process.
Mental Health Awareness Training A workshop designed to enable staff to be more aware of their own and others mental health. Attitudes, stigmas, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicide, psychosis and recovery will be explored.
Personal Development, Relationships and Sexuality Training The One Day Staff Awareness and Orientation Programme will ensure staff members have an increased awareness, understanding, knowledge, insight and practical and facilitation skills into the areas of personal development, relationships and sexuality. Delivery of this Programme will also ensure that staff members will be in a more informed position in terms of supporting other stakeholders involved in the information sharing process, including; service recipients, staff colleagues and family members/support workers.
